That is the whole idea of this course. We need to up your content game now. There is no use being on social media channels if you do not share value or communicate with your fans properly and consistently. As the world is getting more and more saturated with musicians it is even more important now to make the investment in creating more content so you can stand out in the big ol’ Internet. This course will really ramp up your content creation and activate your fanbase.
You are spending all your time and energy on creating your music. What you have to realize is half the work is finished when you have the song ready. You still need to make people aware of the song and get people to listen to it. Creating content around your music is a great way of engaging your fanbase and then the music will also get the attention it deserves if you’re actively engaging fans and growing your following.
And for those of you who think that a record label will do this for you when you are signed- you are very wrong. Most record labels expect the whole package to be in place in today’s market. They expect consistency in your content and engagement with your fans. You are responsible for this! Nobody else. At least in the beginning, until you start having a team around you.
